× DraMature is pleased to partner with the Palmetto Historical Park and Manatee County Agricultural Museum, and parts of the Manatee County Clerk of Circuit Court’s Historical Resources Department in presenting the classic Campbell Playhouse dramatization of "A Christmas Carol" by Charles Dickens. A Christmas Carol recounts the story of Ebenezer Scrooge, an elderly miser who is visited by the ghost of his former business partner Jacob Marley and the spirits of Christmas Past, Present and Yet to Come. After their visits, Scrooge is transformed into a kinder, gentler man. This performance is one hour and will take place at the Carnegie Library 505 10th Ave. West, Palmetto, FL 34221. The show is festival seating (you pick your seat when you go in).

DraMature- DraMature is a program of The Manatee Players, Inc. designed to provide adults (55+) the opportunity to get their feet wet on stage. Participation can involve simple readings, improv classes or complete production presentations. Seniors find that performing brings better health and a lot of fun.
